WSOS Sign Shop generated signs involve two methods:
1) Routing for the large exterior signs, and
2) Engraving for the small interior signs.
There is a general procedure used to produce each type of sign.

A graphic and/or text is created on a computer and assigned a routing path, which is sent to the cutting machines through designated computer lines. |

The path is converted into a numerical code, which the router or engraver uses to cut the design. The necessary "directions" needed to process the order are then programmed at the machine's own onboard computer. Things such as cutting speed, surface settings and plunge rates are controlled here. |
